Tom Ford, a recent vegan, took a step in the right direction when presented his faux crocodile collection. Ford’s determination to use faux crocodile skin could have to do with his evolving diet. Ford, who explained he went vegan a year ago. He mentioned that he’s grown to be “quite conscious” about skins, aiming to use only skins that are food item byproducts.

“This killing approach has been shown to be inhumane, and authorities have discovered that crocodilians continue to be acutely aware for above an hour just after their spinal twine has been severed and their blood vessels minimize.”
